Physically, we all agree how important it is to exercise and eat well, and the tremendous amounts of benefits they both have when paired together. This tab will provide y'all with different workouts, both resistance training (with weights) and cardiovascular work, including HIIT. It will also provide insight on healthy eating through various meals, and recipes! Nutrition is KEY on feeling good. They do say 70% of abs come from the kitchen.
